Arrival condition coverage (DOA / damage / wrong item)
If your order arrives damaged, defective on arrival (DOA), or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. Photos should clearly show the item condition and packaging, and may include the shipping label when available. We will review the information and determine an appropriate remedy depending on the situation. Possible resolutions may include replacement parts where applicable, an exchange, or an approved refund. Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may be difficult to validate with carriers and may limit the options available.
What this does not cover
This limited warranty applies to the condition of items upon arrival only. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper care, or damage occurring after delivery.
